You may check as well in DHL status that the parcel is still in South Korea. Requesting for an update. Thank you.

i am having the same problem with my order, they also generated my tracking on the 24th and marked it as delivered when they haven’t shipped it, i’m not sure if it is just the 2 of us or kqshop is having some problems…?

Hi, it seems that other customers were experiencing it as well. It's just frustrating though because I have been emailing cs@kqshop.kr almost daily but i never got a reply.:(
