Hello, here are my order numbers and my problems with my orders.

I received the incorrect sticker for my photo set, after ordering San photoset, I received a sticker of Wooyoung instead of San.

2. 20240112-0013213

I have received a tracking number and my items are marked as delivered on your website, but they haven’t been shipped out yet.

I’m a little stressed about both. I have already made another post with photo proof for both and I was told to leave a new comment with my order numbers.
