What has arrived is one Mito keyring, with an order slip for order number 20240120-0000570 inside addressed to Sara Alneyadi in the United Arab Emirates. I have attached a photo of the delivery box with the order slip and Mito keyring. Please can this be resolved and my order be sent to me. I am happy to send this incorrect delivery back to you. Hi Poppy I hope you’re doing well. I’m Sara and unfortunately our orders have been swapped. I received your order and you have received mine. I have not opened any of the items you have ordered and I’m not planning to. I’m waiting on this issue to be resolved and I’m sure you are as well. Ahh Sara I'm so sorry, I was doing this in a rush and accidentally uploaded the wrong version that wasn't blurred out! I haven't opened your item either I've just left it in the box. I'm not sure if there's a better way to get a reply/solution either, I know it's been a holiday in Korea but hopefully we'll hear something soon.
