So looking back at the Q&A board, it doesn't look like there have been ANY sort of response from KQ Shop staff since 2/5. It's been over a month by now. I see a lot of customers are waiting for responses to their Q&As and it's honestly very anxiety inducing to see a lot of these go unanswered. Please please please update the Q&A board with answers to everyone's questions. Most of us have spent A LOT of money to secure the merch that we want and to support Ateez. Even if the solution is not immediately possible right this second, just an update on when we can expect things to be fixed would be appreciated.
