I ordered these albums 2 months ago, I was never told my shipment was delayed. I was also told that this album was shipped to my house, only to find out that when I received the albums, the piece of paper with my order on it said sold out. I also emailed your company 3 times with no response. I want a refund for this album, and I would also appreciate if some of my shipping cost was refunded as well, seeing how I did not receive my entire order, and you never notified me with ANY updates on this order in general, AND the order took over a month longer than I was told to finally come to my house. This customer experience would be rated a Zero if I had a chance. I’m extremely disappointed after I’ve spent nearly a thousand dollars supporting ateez over the last few years. Maybe when I go to their concert in a few months a staff member there will have an answer ? Is that what it’s going to take to get a response?
