Meanwhile ME (Sara Alneyadi) I am in the United Arab Emirates.
It appears that my order has been swapped with another customer's order, and I currently possess their shipment. In order to resolve this matter promptly, I kindly request the following actions:
1. Confirmation of the correct shipment order intended for me, along with its shipment number.
2. Coordination for the exchange of the incorrect shipments to ensure both parties receive the correct items.
